Job Title: Interior Designer
Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to plan design and execute functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces. The candidate will be responsible for transforming client requirements into practical design solutions while ensuring quality cost-efficiency and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative interior design concepts based on client requirements
- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings layouts and visual presentations
- Conduct site visits to understand project scope and measurements
- Coordinate with clients contractors and vendors throughout the project lifecycle
- Select materials finishes furniture lighting and décor elements
- Ensure designs comply with local regulations and safety standards
- Manage project timelines and ensure timely completion
- Review and revise designs based on feedback
- Maintain proper documentation and design records
Required Qualifications
- Interior Design Certificate or Bachelors Degree in Interior Design or related field
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in interior design or renovation projects
- Proven portfolio showcasing completed design projects
Skills Required
- Strong proficiency in 2D & 3D design software (AutoCAD SketchUp 3ds Max etc.)
- Good understanding of space planning color schemes and materials
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Creativity with strong attention to detail
- Project management and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Additional Requirements
- Age: Below 40 years
- Experience in interior design / renovation projects is mandatory
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong client-handling and presentation skills
Required Skills:
Main Responsibilities: Design analyze and construct structural elements of buildings and other structures. Develop detailed structural plans specifications and calculations using engineering software such as STAAD PRO. Collaborate with architects contractors and other stakeholders to ensure structural designs meet project requirements and specifications. Review shop drawings to verify accuracy and compliance with design plans and specifications. Conduct site visits and inspections to assess structural integrity and resolve any design or construction issues. Stay updated on industry trends best practices and regulatory requirements related to structural engineering. Provide technical support and guidance to project teams as needed. Ensure all work is completed within budget and project timelines. Essential Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Masters degree preferred. Professional Engineering (PE) license is highly desirable. Minimum 5 years of experience in structural design and analysis with a focus on steel structures. Extensive proficiency in engineering software particularly STAAD PRO. Strong understanding of building codes standards and regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience working in the UAE is required.
Required Education:
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
