Role Overview
The People Success Specialist/Manager is responsible for driving both team performance and employee experience across assigned offshore teams. This role serves as the bridge between client expectations and staff well-being ensuring that employees are engaged supported and consistently delivering against KPIs.
This position combines performance management employee engagement operational oversight and stakeholder alignment making it critical to maintaining high retention strong team morale and excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Management & Coaching
Monitor team performance ensuring alignment with client KPIs and service expectations
Conduct regular 1-on-1 coaching sessions to drive performance improvement and accountability
Provide real-time support and feedback to address skill gaps and challenges
Identify training and development opportunities to support employee growth

2. Employee Engagement & Retention
Design and implement engagement initiatives aligned with Boomering culture
Proactively identify at-risk employees and implement retention strategies
Drive employee satisfaction and improve eNPS through feedback and action plans
Foster a positive transparent and high-performing team environment

3. Operational Oversight & Compliance
Ensure attendance punctuality and adherence to shift schedules (target: 98%)
Maintain alignment with client workflows and Boomering operational standards
Uphold company policies professional conduct and local labor compliance
Address operational challenges such as connectivity or workflow disruptions

4. Issue Resolution & Employee Support
Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and grievances
Mediate conflicts with professionalism empathy and fairness
Identify and resolve operational friction points impacting productivity or morale
Escalate critical issues when necessary and ensure timely resolution

5. Client & Stakeholder Alignment
Collaborate with Client Relationship Partners to provide performance updates and insights
Deliver data-driven reports on team performance engagement and operational health
Align staff with client expectations goals and culture
Act as the communication bridge between offshore teams and clients

Qualifications:
3 to 7 years of experience in team management operations or people management roles
Proven experience handling performance management coaching and KPIs
Strong background in employee engagement and retention strategies
Experience in BPO offshore staffing or client-facing environments is highly preferred
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Highly organized detail-oriented and process-driven
Ability to balance empathy with accountability

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
SLA/KPI Attainment: 95% to 100% of staff meeting or exceeding targets
Staff Retention: Maintain low attrition rates per quarter
Attendance & Adherence: >98% compliance
Employee Engagement (eNPS): Maintain strong satisfaction scores
Coaching Completion: 100% of 1-on-1s and reviews completed and documented
