Job Summary

This is a remote position.

This is a Hybrid Work Setup (Only two (2) days required for in-office reporting per month).

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAD/CAM CNC Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating modifying and optimizing CNC programs using CAD/CAM software to support efficient and high-quality production. Experience in countertop fabrication (stone quartz granite or solid surface) is a strong advantage but not required.

Candidates must have at least 3 years of CAD/CAM CNC programming experience.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a CAD/CAM CNC Programmer
Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and tooling
Experience in countertop fabrication is a plus
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Required Tools & Software:

Proficiency in at least one CAD/CAM software such as:
- AutoCAD
- SolidWorks
- Mastercam
- Fusion 360
- Alphacam (preferred for countertop applications)
Familiarity with CNC machine controllers (e.g. Fanuc Haas Siemens)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with stone or countertop manufacturing
Knowledge of nesting software and material optimization
Basic understanding of machine maintenance

Required Skills:

Qualifications (Required) At least 2 years of experience in construction or a related industry Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Experience with Bluebeam or similar takeoff software Ability to read and interpret construction plans Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively Preferred Qualifications Experience in the countertop or stone industry Familiarity with CAD or Alphacam Understanding of job costing and profit margins
