We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Executive Assistant to support recruitment operations and provide administrative assistance. This role includes candidate coordination communication outreach social media job postings and light project management support.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support
Assist with screening resumes
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems
Social Media & Job Posting
Create and publish job postings on Facebook and other platforms
Respond to applicants and guide them through next steps
Optimize job posts for visibility and reach
Administrative Tasks
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Manage calendars schedules and meeting coordination
Prepare documents reports and basic presentations
Communication & Outreach
Draft and send professional emails
Assist with cold calling and follow-ups
Manage inbox and respond to routine inquiries
Project Coordination
Support light project management tasks
Track deadlines and ensure timely task completion
Requirements
Experience as a Virtual Assistant Executive Assistant or similar role
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Comfortable with cold outreach (calls and emails)
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Proficient in Google Workspace Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools
Ability to work independently during night shift hours
Preferred Skills
Background in recruitment or HR support
Familiarity with social media management and job boards
Experience with project management tools (e.g. Trello Asana ClickUp)
