Core Activity:
Lead and manage the development productionand delivery ofaccurateinventory forecasts using data analysis and scenario/options modelling to inform strategic decision making anddeterminethe inventory requirements for the fleet.
Lead and manage the development and delivery of theDF&Pcapabilities (including IT infrastructure) ensuring alignment to current and future business strategies.
Provide supervision and coordination for a team ensure that team members are fully motivated trainedcapableand able to generate work output of a quality to meet all requirements of the businesscustomerand contract.
Management of inventory through planning stock positioning monitoring item condition and ensuring product availability balancing service against budget.
In conjunction with key stakeholders manage and develop the effectiveness of the Supply Chain prediction based on historic consumption and known future events.
Lead the planning of components into maintenance to ensure compliance with the Operator Maintenance Programme Mandated requirements applicable technicalinstructionsand capability embodimentprogrammes.
Lead the ability to define andmaintainforecasting parameters to include calculation methods and parts classification (ABC Analysis). The ability to enact purchase order requests withappropriateand affordable supply chain solutions through an approval process.
Mentoring the QEAF staff as they join the MOBOrganisationfrom the Qatar Technical Institute.
Ensure both internal and external customers receive the level of service expected of business KPIs;specificallythe QEAF Typhoon & Hawk Fleet receives what they need ontime and to the highest quality.
Conduct analysis and interpretation of Supply Chain data toidentifyrepetitive problems and informappropriate stakeholders. Whereappropriate support the implementation of any corrective action.

Ensure Process Confirmations and independent assurance audits are supported byDF&P personnel. Manage the response to audit findings ina timelyandappropriate mannerand provide information into the relevant reviews. Generate and implement effective improvements within/across teams to overcome any non-compliance and monitor effectiveness.
Statutory / Regulatory & Legislation requirements Able todemonstratea detailed understanding and application of the Continuing Airworthiness Regulatory framework and ensure theorganisationis advised of any changes; ensure compliance with all other requirementse.g.ITAR/WOME.
