Job Summary
Job Description
- Sales Executive drives company revenue by identifying engaging and acquiring new clients while nurturing existing relationships.
- They are responsible for meeting sales targets negotiating contracts presenting products/services and maintaining CRM data.
- Key duties include conducting market research handling customer inquiries and collaborating with teams to improve sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintaining developing and expanding relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Product Presentations: Demonstrating and presenting products/services to clients in a professional tailored manner.
- Sales Tracking & Reporting: Keeping accurate up-to-date records of sales activities in a CRM system and analyzing performance against targets.
- Market Monitoring: Staying informed about industry trends competitor activities and market feedback.
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identifying and approaching potential new customers via cold calling networking or referrals.
- Closing Deals: Negotiating contract terms pricing and specifications to secure sales.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: OND Holder/Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field with 1-3years experience.
- Experience: Proven success in sales ideally within a similar industry.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal negotiation and persuasion skills.
