Sales Engineer (2 Positions)
Location: Ajao Estate-Lagos Lagos
Experience: 36 Years
Compensation: Negotiable
Modest base salary
High commission (primary earning driver)
Strong earning potential for top performers
 
Engineering and power solutions company seeking 2 strong Sales Engineers to drive aggressive revenue growth.
 
Key Responsibilities (First 3 Months)

Build active pipeline of qualified leads
Close 12 solid deals
Show strong client engagement and follow-up
Establish presence in target market
Are an engineer without hands-on sales experience
Have not personally closed deals
Are passive or not target-driven
Are not comfortable with a commission-based earning structure

Requirements

Proven closer with strong sales track record
Experience in generators power equipment or industrial sales
Strong in negotiation follow-up and conversion
Has existing client network (facility managers procurement etc.)
Comfortable with field sales and commission structure
