Job Summary

Job Title - Bancassurance Executives (Insurance Sales)

Location Lagos Mainland

A Financial firm is currently sourcing for Bancassurance Executives in the above location.

The Bancassurance Executives act as the Companys representatives in identifying business opportunities (Sales of Life and General Insurance Products) within designated partner bank branches closest to their homes.

Requirements

Experience/Qualifications:

First degree or equivalent education in Insurance Marketing or any related field.

Ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in insurance sales.

Must reside within any location stated above

Candidates who currently work with an insurance firm as a Bancassurance Agent/

Insurance sales Marketer will be an added advantage.

Ideal candidate must have a strong passion for sales with strong persuasive skills.

Must have a strong flair for building trusted and lasting relationships.

Benefits

Compensation:

Guaranteed Base pay between N140000 Monthly Net

Highly competitive Commission (tied to the Monthly target)

Required Skills:

Experience/Qualification: First degree or equivalent education Minimum 2 years post NYSC work experience with at least 1 year experience in Insurance Sales. Skills: Team player Good oral and written communication skills Good interpersonal skills Excellent Grooming Adaptability Flexibility and Tenacity
