Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detailed oriented Office Assist Janitor/Office Assistant who will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and supporting basic office operations. The Ideal candidate must be resident in Victoria Island or its Environs.

Requirements

  • Ideal candidate must be resident within Victoria Island and its environs.
  • OND or equivalent
  • Prior experience as a utility staff or office assistant is an advantage.
  • Ready to resume immediately
  • Ability to follow instructions and manage time effectively
  • Physically fit and able to perform cleaning tasks
  • Honest dependable and with a positive work attitude

Preferred Skills

  • Basic knowledge of cleaning tools materials and safety procedures
  • Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
  • Good communication skills


Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office pantry and common areas

Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping mopping dusting and waste disposal

Assist with basic office errands such as photocopying filing and organizing supplies

Prepare and serve refreshments during meetings when needed

Monitor and replenish office and pantry supplies

Support minor maintenance tasks and report issues promptly

Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene standards
