Job Summary
Outsourced CFO is looking for an assertive problem solver to join our team as an Office Receptionist.
Reporting directly to the Operations Administrator/ Officer.
Job responsibilities will include among others:
- Telephone duties.
- Answering the OCFO telephone line.
- Returning all abandoned calls.
- Measuring the call abandonment/call return rate.
- Being on duty for the telephone queue alongside another team member.
- Reception desk duties.
- Welcoming clients to the office.
- Arranging refreshments for clients managers and Directors during client meetings.
- Booking of necessary boardrooms & parking bays at OFCO Offices.
- Assist with both receiving deliveries and posting packages to clients team members etc.
- Office Administration.
- Oversee duties e.g. printing & scanning requests
- Managing inventory and ensuring the kitchen is fully stocked.
- Oversee general office cleanliness and ensure that the office is cleaned frequently.
- Assist with flights/accommodation bookings for directors and senior staff.
- Ad-hoc duties were needed.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate for this position will need a matric and be computer literate.
- To qualify for the internship you will need to be between 18 - 34 years old.
