Lodge near Hoedspruit Live-In Position
Are you a people-person with a passion for hospitality and exceptional guest service A luxury safari lodge is looking for a Receptionist to be the welcoming face of their guest experience.
Your Role:
Welcome guests and assist with check-ins & check-outs
Manage reservations bookings and guest activities
Handle guest accounts and ensure accurate billing
Coordinate flights transfers and daily lodge logistics
Answer calls and communicate effectively across departments
Maintain detailed records reports and daily admin tasks
Deliver warm professional guest hosting at all times
Requirements
What Were Looking For:
Previous experience in hospitality reception
Strong communication and organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail and admin accuracy
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Positive proactive and team-oriented attitude
