Job Summary

JUNIOR LODGE ADMINISTRATOR LUXURY PRIVATE GAME RESERVE HOEDSPRUIT LIMPOPO

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Lodge Administrator to join a luxury private game reserve located in Hoedspruit. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level hospitality professional looking to grow their career in a high-end safari environment.

Salary: R12000 R15000

Accommodation: Live-in position

Location: Hoedspruit Limpopo

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with daily lodge administrative tasks and office support

Support reservations and guest communication processes

Help maintain accurate records reports and filing systems

Assist with invoicing petty cash and basic financial administration

Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth lodge operations

Support stock control and supplier coordination

Assist with guest service support when required

Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time

REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience in hospitality or administrative support (advantageous)

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Willingness to learn and grow within a lodge environment

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications

Ability to work in a remote fast-paced environment

Positive attitude and strong work ethic
