SAP Integration Consultant (Malaysia)

We are seeking a hands-on SAP Integration Consultant with strong expertise in SAP PI/PO SAP CPI CPI-DS and SAP BTP. The role requires working in early morning shifts starting at 5:00 AM Malaysia Time to support global operations. The consultant will be responsible for new developments solution design AMS support and rapid issue resolution across hybrid SAP landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• Integration Development
  
• Build and configure interfaces using SAP PI/PO (dual-stack and single-stack).
  
• Develop iFlows in SAP CPI with Groovy scripting JSON/XML transformations and security artifacts.
  
• Implement data services in CPI-DS for ETL batch integrations and data migration.
  
• Leverage SAP BTP services (Cloud Foundry Kyma Integration Suite API Management) for modern integration and extension scenarios.
  
• Work with S/4HANA ECC SuccessFactors Ariba Concur and other SAP modules.
  
• Solution Architecture
  
• Design end-to-end integration solutions across cloud and on-premise systems.
  
• Utilize SAP BTP capabilities for application extensions event-driven architecture and side-by-side innovations.
  
• Optimize performance with message monitoring payload handling and error queues.
  
• AMS Support
  
• Deliver L2/L3 support for incidents service requests and change management.
  
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
  
• Ensure SLA compliance with quick turnaround on fixes.
  

Technical Skills & Expertise

• SAP PI/PO
  
• Adapters: File JDBC JMS SOAP REST SFTP IDoc RFC OData.
  
• Mapping techniques: Graphical Java XSLT UDFs.
  
• NWDS (Eclipse) for custom developments.
  
• SAP CPI
  
• iFlow design Groovy scripting JSON/XML transformations.
  
• Security artifacts (Keystore OAuth Certificates).
  
• Integration with SAP API Management.
  
• SAP CPI-DS
  
• ETL design for data migration and replication.
  
• Data extraction from SAP and non-SAP sources.
  
• SAP BTP
  
• Hands-on with SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration API Management Event Mesh).
  
• Experience with Cloud Foundry/Kyma runtime for custom applications.
  
• Knowledge of CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model) and SAP Extension Suite.
  
• Familiarity with SAP Business Application Studio and Fiori/UI5 extensions.
  
• General Integration
  
• Strong knowledge of integration protocols (HTTP HTTPS FTP SFTP AS2).
  
• Experience with cloud connectors VPN setups and hybrid landscapes.
  
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Solution Manager SAP Cloud Cockpit).
  

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP certifications in PI/PO CPI CPI-DS or BTP.
  
• Experience in global AMS projects with shift-based support.
  
• Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and deliver under tight timelines.
