Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly driven Outbound SDR to build and own the sales pipeline through consistent high-quality outbound efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in initiating conversations engaging prospects and converting them into qualified opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end pipeline generation through outbound prospecting
- Execute multi-channel outreach (cold emails LinkedIn and cold calling)
- Identify and connect with key decision-makers across target accounts
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and workflows
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve messaging and targeting
- Consistently follow up and nurture prospects
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an Outbound SDR / Sales role
- Track record of achieving or exceeding pipeline targets
- Hands-on experience with cold outreach (email LinkedIn calling)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident persuasive and energetic on calls
- Self-driven with a strong ownership mindset
- Process-oriented with good CRM discipline
- High resilience and consistency in follow-ups
Work Location: Chennai (Work from Office)
