Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Placement Coordinator to manage campus placement activities build strong industry connections and ensure successful student placements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with recruiters preparing students for interviews and maintaining placement records.
Requirements
Coordinate end-to-end campus recruitment drives (virtual & in-person)
Identify new hiring partners and generate placement opportunities
Prepare students for placements through mock interviews resume building and soft skills sessions
Maintain and update student placement records and databases
Schedule interviews manage communication between students and recruiters
Organize job fairs campus drives and networking events.
Track placement performance and generate reports.
Collaborate with training and academic teams to align student skills with industry in the education/training industry
Familiarity with job portals like Naukri LinkedIn etc.
Strong presentation and student engagement skills
Required Skills:

Required Education:
Bachelors degree in any discipline (MBA/HR preferred).
