Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle RMCS Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials Revenue Management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing RMCS solutions configuring revenue recognition rules and collaborating closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable financial solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead or support end-to-end implementation of Oracle RMCS solutions:
    • Requirement gathering
    • Solution design
    • Configuration
    • Testing (SIT/UAT)
    • Deployment
    • Hypercare support
  • Configure and manage:
    • Revenue recognition rules
    • Performance obligations
    • Revenue scheduling and allocation
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to:
    • Understand revenue scenarios
    • Translate functional requirements into system configurations
  • Ensure compliance with ASC 606 / IFRS 15 revenue recognition standards
  • Integrate RMCS with other Oracle Cloud modules such as:
    • Order Management
    • Accounts Receivable (AR)
    • General Ledger (GL)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with strong debugging capabilities
  • Prepare functional design documents (FDD) test cases and user documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 7 years of experience in Oracle ERP with strong focus on Oracle Cloud Financials
  • Hands-on experience in Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS)
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Revenue recognition concepts
    • Accounting standards (ASC 606 / IFRS 15)
  • Experience in at least 12 full lifecycle RMCS implementations
  • Good understanding of integration between RMCS and upstream/downstream systems
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with data migration and reconciliation in RMCS
  • Exposure to Oracle Fusion Reporting / OTBI / BI Publisher
  • Knowledge of SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting
  • Prior experience in client-facing or consulting roles
