Job Summary

Role: Business Development Executive
Location: Jayanagar Bangalore
Salary: 5-6 LPA
Experience: 2-4 years

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to play a key role in expanding our Continuing Medical Education (CME) offerings across India.

Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and generate high-quality business leads for CME courses through cold calling digital outreach and networking.
  • Sell CME courses to doctors and healthcare professionals consistently meeting and exceeding enrolment and revenue targets.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with medical practitioners institutions and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct in-person meetings and presentations with doctors and medical groups to promote course offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of CME programs.

Requirements

  • 24 years of experience in business development sales or a healthcare-related field.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently manage multiple leads and meet targets.
  • Prior experience in selling educational programs training or professional services is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry and medical education landscape is an advantage.
