Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Consultant Intern to support our HR consulting and client engagement activities. This role will provide exposure to real-time HR projects HR processes and implementation of HR solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in HR consulting projects and client deliverables
Support in requirement gathering and understanding client HR processes
Assist in HRMS/Zoho implementation and configuration support
Coordinate with internal teams and clients for project updates
Prepare reports presentations and data analysis for HR projects
Stay updated with industry trends and HR best practices
Requirements
Recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR
Strong communication and client-handling skills
Basic understanding of HR processes and policies
Knowledge of HRMS tools (Zoho preferred) is an added advantage
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Word)
