Job Summary
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment for different roles (Tech).
- Source candidates through job portals LinkedIn social media and referrals.
- Screen resumes to match job descriptions and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate database (ATS/Excel).
- Support in employer branding activities (social media posts career page updates).
- Help in creating job descriptions and posting them across relevant platforms.
Requirements
- 0-1 years of experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with job portals (Naukri LinkedIn Indeed) is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
