Job Description: Customer Success Associate - US

Position: Customer Success Associate - US (E-Commerce)

Qualification: Graduation Not Required (any stream)

Languages Required:

  • Mandatory: English

Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply

Preference: Candidates with experience in international BPO customer service experience.

Joining:Immediate joining/ within 48 hours of selection.





Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer queries for US-based e-commerce accounts.

  • Resolve issues related to ordersdeliveriesreturnsand refunds efficiently.

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards and accurate CRM documentation.

  • Willing to work in rotational shifts (US time zone).


Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills

  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts(US Process)


Additional Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.



Benefits

Salary-28000 CTC (for freshers) to 34000 CTC (for experienced - depending upon total experience and last drawn salary)

Shift-Rotational Shift (Day shift for females until 8 PM; Rotational for males) 6 days of working

Accommodation provided for outstation ( 5 days of guest house stay)
