Handle inbound customer queries for US-based e-commerce accounts.
Resolve issues related to ordersdeliveriesreturnsand refunds efficiently.
Ensure high customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards and accurate CRM documentation.
Willing to work in rotational shifts (US time zone).

Shift-Rotational Shift (Day shift for females until 8 PM; Rotational for males) 6 days of working
