Studio Manager – BIM Engineering
Job Summary
Black & Grey HR is hiring a Studio Manager on behalf of a leading construction contracting company (UAE-based) for their office in Bangalore India.In this role you will run the daily operations of the BIM/Engineering studio. Your focus will be to ensure projects run smoothly teams are well-supported and quality standards are consistently met.
This is a hybrid operational and people management roleperfect for someone who understands BIM workflows and knows how to keep a creative-technical studio both efficient and engaged.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily studio operations and workflow across BIM teams
- Support project managers and team leads with planning tracking and project delivery
- Coordinate resource allocation staffing and workload balancing
- Monitor project progress team utilization and performance metrics
- Improve studio processes quality control procedures and BIM standards compliance
- Facilitate communication between management BIM coordinators modelers and other departments
- Oversee onboarding training schedules and administrative support
- Assist with recruitment team development and performance management
- Support budgeting reporting and strategic studio planning
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Architecture Engineering Construction Management or a related field
- Proven experience in studio management operations or team coordination within an AEC or BIM environment
- Strong understanding of BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination
- Proficiency in Revit Navisworks AutoCAD and common collaboration platforms
- Strong organizational communication and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with resource planning reporting and process improvement
- Knowledge of ISO/BIM standards document control and QA/QC procedures
- Commercial awareness and budget/financial management experience
