Studio Manager – BIM Engineering

Black & Grey HR is hiring a Studio Manager on behalf of a leading construction contracting company (UAE-based) for their office in Bangalore India.In this role you will run the daily operations of the BIM/Engineering studio. Your focus will be to ensure projects run smoothly teams are well-supported and quality standards are consistently met.

This is a hybrid operational and people management roleperfect for someone who understands BIM workflows and knows how to keep a creative-technical studio both efficient and engaged.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily studio operations and workflow across BIM teams
  
• Support project managers and team leads with planning tracking and project delivery
  
• Coordinate resource allocation staffing and workload balancing
  
• Monitor project progress team utilization and performance metrics
  
• Improve studio processes quality control procedures and BIM standards compliance
  
• Facilitate communication between management BIM coordinators modelers and other departments
  
• Oversee onboarding training schedules and administrative support
  
• Assist with recruitment team development and performance management
  
• Support budgeting reporting and strategic studio planning
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Architecture Engineering Construction Management or a related field
  
• Proven experience in studio management operations or team coordination within an AEC or BIM environment
  
• Strong understanding of BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination
  
• Proficiency in Revit Navisworks AutoCAD and common collaboration platforms
  
• Strong organizational communication and time-management skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  
• Experience with resource planning reporting and process improvement
  
• Knowledge of ISO/BIM standards document control and QA/QC procedures
  
• Commercial awareness and budget/financial management experience
