Key Responsibilities

Installation & De-installation: Perform installation testing and de-installation of CT and MRI scanner systems.

Preventative Maintenance: Conduct scheduled maintenance calibration and safety checks on imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and repair complex technical issues (mechanical electrical software networking) on-site.

Customer Support: Maintain high customer satisfaction through timely service clear communication and technical expertise.

Documentation: Maintain accurate service records documentation and reporting of all service activities.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure equipment meets all safety regulations including radiation safety standards FDA and local guidelines.

Product Expertise: Keep up-to-date with product updates training and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree in Biomedical Engineering Electrical Engineering or a related field (or equivalent Diploma with experience).

Experience: 25 years of field service experience in medical imaging equipment (specifically CT/MRI).

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of electronic/mechanical systems computer networking and troubleshooting.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication customer service professionalism and teamwork.

Physical/Logistical: Ability to work on-call travel extensively and lift heavy equipment.

Required Skills:
