Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels restocking shelves and tracking inventory in warehouses or on the sales floor.
Visual Merchandising: Creating and implementing visually appealing displays and promotions that draw customer attention and align with brand standards.
Data Analysis: Reviewing sales data customer feedback and trends to adjust merchandising strategies and predict future inventory needs.
Retail Partnerships: Acting as a liaison between suppliers/manufacturers and retailers to ensure product availability and brand representation.
Setting Pricing/Promotions: Implementing price changes markdown strategies and special promotions to boost revenue.
Field Visits: Frequently visiting store locations to ensure compliance with planograms (display plans) and maintain product presentation.
