Key Responsibilities
Production Management: Planning organizing and monitoring production schedules to ensure targets are met.
Team Leadership: Hiring training mentoring and scheduling staff to maximize productivity.
Quality Control: Ensuring products meet company standards and customer specifications implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Safety Enforcement: Adhering to and enforcing health safety and sanitation regulations on the floor.
Process Improvement: Identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements (e.g. Lean manufacturing) to improve output and reduce costs.
Equipment Oversight: Monitoring machinery performance and coordinating repairs.
Reporting: Maintaining daily production logs inventory records and safety reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of manufacturing processes machinery and quality management systems (e.g. ISO).
Leadership: Strong team management conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.
Education: Typically requires a high school diploma; a bachelors degree in engineering or business is often preferred.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze production data and troubleshoot operational issues.
