Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution: Prepare and implement regional sales plans analyze monthly/annual data and allocate targets to field sales representatives.
Team Leadership: Recruit train coach and mentor front-line managers (ASMs) and representatives to improve performance.
Customer/KOL Management: Build and maintain relationships with key doctors healthcare professionals and stockists to drive product adoption.
Marketing Collaboration: Provide market feedback to the product management team and execute brand strategies at the regional level.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all operations meet company standards and regulatory guidelines and present regional performance reports to senior management.
Operational Control: Monitor regional budgets stock levels and expenses for cost-effective operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Pharmacy Science or related field (MBA in Marketing preferred).
Experience: 1015 years of pharma sales experience with at least 35 years as a regional/area manager.
Skills: Strong analytical ability leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry market dynamics and customer segmentation

Manage and convert leads generated from SEO direct inquiries company website and other data sources such as IndiaMART. Conduct negotiations pricing discussions and successful deal closures. Manage sales revenue of active existing clients and maintain strong business relationships. Coordinate with operations/production for timely execution of orders. Ensure proper pipeline management and sales forecasting. Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
