Visitor Management: Greeting welcoming and directing visitors clients and staff with a professional demeanor.
Communication Hub: Operating a multi-line phone system taking messages and routing calls to appropriate personnel.
Administrative Support: Assisting with filing data entry scanning and photocopying.
Mail and Deliveries: Receiving sorting and distributing daily mail and managing courier pick-ups.
Scheduling: Booking meeting rooms and maintaining company calendars.
Office Upkeep: Ensuring the reception area is tidy and ordering office supplies.
Security: Monitoring visitor logs and managing security access badges.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) and office equipment (printers fax machines).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organization: Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
Attitude: A professional appearance and a positive customer-service-oriented approach.
