Summary

We are hiring Automobile Sales Executives for an Indian multinational ride-sharing company. The role involves managing leads demonstrating scooters conducting test rides and converting prospects into sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

Maintain presentable appearance and professional attitude
Generate prospects through showroom walk-ins and telephone inquiries
Enter customer inquiry details accurately in the system
Demonstrate scooter features and benefits to customers
Conduct test rides and convert them into final sales
Address customer queries related to specifications delivery timelines pricing and finance options

KPIs

Percentage of Test Ride (TR) completion from scheduled TR
Sales conversion from completed test rides
Process adherence and following SOPs
Customer experience and avoiding negative feedback
Customer Experience (CX) rating

Requirements

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in automobile sales/service sector
Experience in 2W/4W dealership retail insurance finance or banking preferred
Must know driving and have a valid Driving License
Good communication skills
Only male candidates
