About the Role
Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for IT infrastructure We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our Managed Service Provider (MSP) team.
In this role you will act as a trusted advisor to mid-to-large enterprise clients helping them optimize their operations through our Facility Management Services (FMS). Youll leverage your understanding of NOC and SOC operations to design tailored technical solutions that drive business growth and client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Execute sales initiatives for our FMS and Managed Service offerings across enterprise accounts.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct deep-dive consultations to identify client pain points and design customized solution proposals.
- Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain high-level relationships with Tier 3 and Tier 4 customers.
- Technical Synergy: Stay updated on NOC/SOC trends and collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven track record in IT/ITeS sales or business development.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Managed Services OR IT infrastructure specifically NOC (Network) and SOC (Security) environments.
- Skills: Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to "speak the language" of technical stakeholders.
- Drive: A self-starter attitude with a hunger for hitting targets in a competitive market.
