Competitive Outer London Salary MPS/UPS SEN Allowance
Permanent full-time role starting September 2026
36 hours per week term-time only
Work within a brand-new SEMH provision in a mainstream primary setting
Join a growing team with strong leadership and specialist support
SEMH Teacher The Role:
Deliver high-quality teaching to pupils with SEMH needs within a primary setting
Provide structured support to help pupils regulate emotions and engage in learning
Work closely with staff to implement consistent behaviour and intervention strategies
Track progress and contribute to EHCP targets and pastoral planning
Help establish a safe consistent and inclusive new provision
SEMH Teacher Who Were Looking For:
Primary-Trained Teacher with QTS
Experience in SEMH PRUs alternative provision or similar settings (or strong interest in transitioning into this area)
Calm resilient and confident managing complex behaviour
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
Ambition to help shape and develop a new specialist provision
