Job Summary

Were looking for a Supply Chain Manager for our defence client based in Flintshire on an initial 6-month contract paying 20.52 per hour (Inside IR35).


This role offers hybrid working with an expectation to attend the office 3 days per week with more frequent attendance expected initially to get up to speed with the site team and role.

The successful Supply Chain Manager will be a proactive and organised individual with a solid understanding of supply chain and logistics operations. You will take ownership of a range of inventory and supply chain activities playing a direct role in supporting UK defence operational capability.


You will need proven experience working with the following:


  • Operating within a supply chain or logistics environment managing inventory demand and supply plans
  • Item data management and maintaining records on logistics information systems
  • Stakeholder engagement and delivering a high standard of customer service
  • Handling interpreting and reporting on data to inform supply chain decisions
  • Working within an agreed financial delegation and budget framework
  • Producing customs declaration documentation for compliant HMRC activities


Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel Word Outlook and Teams is required as is a full UK driving licence.


You will need to be able to obtain or hold SC clearance for this role.
