Job Summary
We are working with leading shipping and freight forwarding company seeking an Import Coordinator to join their team.
Responsibilities;
Planning and arranging import deliveries.
Liaising with customs teams to ensure compliance.
Providing high-level administrative support and managing client inquiries.
Taking import bookings and processing them within our internal software.
Maintaining professional communication with our customer base.
Handling import customs clearances (or demonstrating a willingness to learn this skill).
Requirements

Experience working within freight forwarding
Excellent customer service skills

Required Skills:
Key Requirements Proven sales experience within freight forwarding or logistics is essential. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand cost and profit drivers. Good knowledge of sea freight operations; familiarity with air road or warehousing is advantageous. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel Word and reporting tools
