The Role
Were seeking a highly experienced Luxury Travel Sales Specialist to join our founding team.
Youll be instrumental in driving sales growth nurturing client relationships and representing Do Not Disturb as a trusted authority in luxury travel.
Our business has been in soft launch mode for the last few months and were now ready to take this to the next stage.
If you thrive on creating unforgettable travel experiences are motivated by results and excited by the opportunity to help grow a new luxury brand we want to hear from you.
What Youll Do
- Convert high-quality leads generated by the company into loyal repeat clients.
- Build and grow your own book of luxury travel clients leveraging existing relationships and new opportunities.
- Design and sell bespoke travel experiences using your exceptional product and destination knowledge.
- Collaborate with our marketing and product teams to refine product and client communication.
- Represent Do Not Disturb at luxury travel events and with trade partners.
Requirements
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience in luxury travel sales (minimum 3 years preferred).
- A strong existing client portfolio or proven ability to build one.
- Deep understanding of luxury travel products destinations and client expectations.
- Entrepreneurial mindset motivated to drive sales and grow with a new brand.
- Excellent communication negotiation and client service skills.
- Self-starter comfortable working independently in a hybrid environment with regular time in our Brighton office.

If you are looking for a long-term career in travel sales but havent yet got that foot in the door then were open to hearing from you. Your passion and knowledge of travel and the drive and commitment to exceed a customers expectations far outweighs a polished CV. If youre experienced and looking for a senior role then were keen to hear from you too.
