Our client is looking an ambitious Sales Development Advisor to support a portfolio of care homes helping to increase occupancy drive revenue growth and build strong referral networks across the local healthcare community.
What Were Looking For
Proven experience in sales business development account management or occupancy growth
Track record of achieving and exceeding targets
Strong sales negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Experience using CRM systems and performance reporting tools
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Desirable
Experience within healthcare social care care homes retirement living or a related sector
Multi-site business development or occupancy experience

Drive occupancy growth across a portfolio of care homes
Increase private fee occupancy and average weekly fees
Develop and implement sales and occupancy plans
Manage enquiries and maximise conversion rates
Deliver engaging and persuasive show rounds
Generate new business through networking and outreach
Build referral relationships with healthcare professionals and local authorities
Increase local awareness through community engagement and events
Monitor performance data and adapt strategies to achieve targets
Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting
