We are currently hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager for a reputed nursing home in Dublin Ireland.
This is a 36-hour per week contract with day shifts only. The role involves a combination of on-floor clinical duties and supernumerary responsibilities. Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the delivery of high-quality person-centred care to all residents
Supervise and support the healthcare team including Staff Nurses and Healthcare Assistants
Oversee care planning assessments implementation and evaluation in line with best practice
Ensure compliance with HIQA standards NMBI guidelines and relevant legislation
Manage staff rostering delegation of duties and day-to-day clinical operations
Promote a positive collaborative multidisciplinary team (MDT) environment
Monitor and improve clinical quality through audits risk management and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure high standards in infection control medication management and documentation
Act as a key point of contact for residents families and external healthcare professionals (GPs hospitals allied health)
Support staff training mentorship and ongoing professional development
Maintain a safe environment in line with health & safety and risk management policies
Participate in quality assurance accreditation processes and service development
Requirements
Registered Nurse with valid NMBI PIN
Strong leadership skills
Solid clinical experience in nursing home / elderly care
Experience in care planning assessments and audits
Strong IT skills (documentation audits care systems)
Knowledge of HIQA standards and regulatory compliance
Ability to manage staff rosters and daily operations
Excellent communication & teamwork (MDT)
Benefits
Salary: 2123 per hour (depending on experience)
