We are hiring Staff Nurses for a leading nursing home in Dublin
We currently have two Staff Nurse vacancies available. These are full-time permanent positions with contracts of 42 hours per week.
The roles operate on a two-week roster consisting of seven 12-hour shifts with staff working every second weekend:
Week 1: 3 shifts
Week 2: 4 shifts
Shift Details
Day Duty: 7:45 a.m. 7:45 p.m.
Night Duty: 7:45 p.m. 7:45 a.m.
Responsibilities
Maintain high standards of professional nursing care and ethical practice
Deliver person-centred care tailored to residents individual needs
Conduct assessments on admission and reassess regularly
Develop implement and update care plans as required
Provide safe and effective nursing treatments and interventions
Coordinate care with doctors and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate documentation in line with Health Information and Quality Authority standards
Communicate effectively with residents families and healthcare staff
Monitor and evaluate care outcomes contributing to quality improvement
Demonstrate strong time management teamwork and professional development
Requirements
Active registration with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland
Availability for immediate start
EEA citizenship OR valid Stamp 4 / Stamp 1G visa (no sponsorship required)
Previous experience in a nursing home or Irish private healthcare setting (preferred)
Benefits
Salary: 2123 per hour (depending on experience)
