work in a Designated Centre within HSE ID Services for a client in Donegal

Duties
Supporting residents' with declining medical needs
Managing team of care assistants
Medication management
Nursing assessments completing and updating care plans
Working with the MDT to facilitate the individual needs of residents.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in ID or General Nursing and Active Registration with the Nursing
and Midwifery Board of Ireland
Minimum 6 months post registration ID experience
Eligible to work in Ireland
Registered with Clarity Locums (or willing to register)
