Job Summary
We are partnering with a real estate developer to appoint a high-calibre Investment & Partnerships Manager to play a key role in driving the next phase of growth.
This is a front-end commercially driven role focused on originating structuring and executing partnership-led developments with institutional capital operators and public sector stakeholders.
The Role:
- Originate and convert partnership opportunities across the residential sector
- Build and manage relationships with institutional investors developers and capital partners
- Structure and negotiate commercial agreements that unlock development opportunities
- Play a key role in shaping capital strategies across a growing pipeline
- Lead partnership execution from initial engagement through to delivery
- Work closely with senior leadership to influence investment and development decisions
The Profile:
- Proven track record in real estate investment or development-led roles
- Strong commercial instinct with the ability to structure and close complex deals
- Experience working with capital partners investors or large-scale developments
- Highly credible with the ability to operate at senior stakeholder level
- Ambitious proactive and comfortable operating in a high-ownership environment

Required Skills:
Chartered Surveyor and a bachelors degree in Real Estate Finance 7-10 years of experience in asset management in the real estate industry Strong knowledge of asset management principles and practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
