The Spa Manager will oversee a high-performing spa and health club operation within a premium hospitality environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead a dynamic team drive service excellence and enhance overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead motivate and develop a high-performing spa team
- Oversee daily operations including staffing rostering payroll and performance management
- Ensure exceptional guest experience and manage customer feedback
- Drive revenue through spa programmes promotions and upselling initiatives
- Manage budgets forecasting and contribute to marketing plans
- Maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external suppliers
- Monitor competitor activity and implement strategies to maximise performance
- Support wider health club operations as required
Requirements:
- 34 years spa experience with at least 1 year in a management role
- Background working with recognised spa brands
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Qualified Spa Therapist with treatment knowledge
- Commercial awareness with experience in driving revenue and performance
- Highly organised with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
