The Spa Manager will oversee a high-performing spa and health club operation within a premium hospitality environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead a dynamic team drive service excellence and enhance overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead motivate and develop a high-performing spa team
Oversee daily operations including staffing rostering payroll and performance management
Ensure exceptional guest experience and manage customer feedback
Drive revenue through spa programmes promotions and upselling initiatives
Manage budgets forecasting and contribute to marketing plans
Maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external suppliers
Monitor competitor activity and implement strategies to maximise performance
Support wider health club operations as required
Requirements:
34 years spa experience with at least 1 year in a management role
Background working with recognised spa brands
Strong leadership and team development skills
Qualified Spa Therapist with treatment knowledge
Commercial awareness with experience in driving revenue and performance
Highly organised with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
