Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support compliance-related processes. This role is key in managing organizing and optimizing data to ensure quality and accessibility for decision-making.
The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset and the ability to transform raw data into actionable insights.
Requisitos
- Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering Data Engineering Computer Science Statistics Mathematics or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
- Experience with data analysis tools (SQL Python R or similar)
- Experience building dashboards (Power BI or similar tools)
- Knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases
- Experience in database design and optimization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel PowerPoint Word Visio)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to communicate insights to non-technical audiences
- Strong organizational skills
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Experience in compliance or data governance environments
- Familiarity with management tools
- Clean and preprocess data to remove inconsistencies and errors
- Validate data integrity through quality checks and validation processes
- Design and maintain efficient database structures
- Organize data to ensure easy access and analysis
- Perform data transformations (aggregation normalization etc.)
- Create reports dashboards and data visualizations
- Analyze data to identify trends patterns and key metrics
- Communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs
Required Skills:
