Essential Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business development and internal stakeholders to develop winning pursuit and proposal strategies.
- Lead and manage the full bid process ensuring alignment with senior stakeholders and adherence to pursuit schedules.
- Coordinate with design estimating operations and proposal teams to develop competitive submissions.
- Support estimating teams with pricing strategies resource planning and project pursuit planning.
- Develop pursuit plans and preliminary schedules to guide bid management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communications and ensure effective handover to project teams.
- Maintain bid documentation and manage RFQ/RFP submissions while capturing lessons learned to improve future pursuits.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of large-scale project bid management experience with a preference for Design-Build or P3 experience.
- Experience supporting bids or projects within the defence sector including familiarity with government or military procurement processes is preferred.
- Knowledge of the local construction market and trends with the ability to support bid-win strategies.
- Ability to interpret contract language and legal requirements.
- Understanding of financial modelling for Design-Build-Finance (DBF) projects.
- Experience drafting operational plans and other technical documents.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word SharePoint) and document collaboration tools such as Bluebeam.

Compensation
$113200 - $141500This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience knowledge skills education and location.
