The bigger picture
Were looking for a motivated team-player who is member-service focused to come on board as a permanent part-time Member Service Representative II (MSR II) at our Tisdale Branch working approximately 2 full days (15 hours) per week or more if business needs require. As the first point of contact for members you will provide everyday banking services and products to meet members immediate needs.
How youll be spending your time
- Proactively identifying and responding to members needs to improve their financial well-being and build rapport
- Providing a variety of services related to the promotion and sales of cash and non-cash financial services solutions and alternatives such as opening up memberships and deposit accounts including terms RRSPs and TFSAs
- Promoting and offering credit union products and services and when appropriate referring members to Financial Service Advisors to further develop relationships
- Following internal policies procedures and processes; all the while maintaining confidentiality
- Identifying suspicious transactions or interactions and responding appropriately

$47146 - $58934 annually
