Administrative Associate (Wealth Management)

Overview
Our client is seeking a highly organized Administrative Associate to support a fast-growing wealth management practice. With a significant increase in new clients this role is critical in ensuring smooth operations accurate processing and an exceptional client experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for either a detail-oriented junior candidate looking to break into finance or an experienced administrator seeking a stable growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume administrative workflows related to client accounts
- Process:
- New account openings
- Account transfers
- Investment documentation and submissions
- Track and follow up on all paperwork to ensure timely completion
- Maintain accurate client records and compliance documentation
- Assist with RSP contributions and general account maintenance
- Support onboarding of new client households
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
- Provide administrative support to advisors and investment team
- Potential to gradually interact directly with clients
Requirements
- 12 years of administrative or financial services experience OR recent finance graduate
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic (worker bee mentality)
- Licensing is an asset (or willingness to obtain)

Compensation
- Base salary: $50000$75000
