Job Summary
POSITION SUMMARY:
- Express Employment Professionals in Twinsburg is seeking experienced Roofers for direct hire opportunities in the Warren area.
- This position is responsible for installing maintaining and repairing commercial roofing systems in a safe efficient and high-performing manner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Install inspect service and repair commercial roofing systems
- Remove old or damaged roofing materials
- Install new materials including asphalt shingles solar tiles slate and metal roofing
- Cut shape and secure roofing materials to proper specifications
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and guidelines
- Comply with local building codes related to roof pitch and structural requirements
- Review project progress to ensure timelines and deadlines are met
- Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times
- Interact professionally with customers and ensure surrounding property is protected and well maintained
- Communicate project updates and collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Perform additional duties as assigned
