Pepin Distributing is seeking a highly motivated Brand Lead (FMB & Craft) to drive execution and performance across a key segment of our portfolio.

This role is responsible for aligning supplier priorities sales execution inventory readiness and in-market activation while leveraging data and insights to optimize performance and identify growth opportunities. This is a hands-on in-market leadership role designed for someone who takes ownership communicates proactively and consistently delivers high-quality execution in a fast-paced environment.

Supplier Leadership & Partnership

• Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers

Sales Alignment & Market Execution

• Communicate supplier priorities to sales teams
• In Market Sales Calls with and without Sales Reps
• Support execution through tools and program guidance
  

Inventory Coordination & Readiness

• Ensure product availability aligns with programming
• Identify and communicate risks proactively
  

Activation Execution & In-Market Presence

• Execute activations and manage logistics
• Conduct field visits and audits
  

Analytics Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Analyze sales data and KPIs
• Provide actionable insights and recaps
