Job Summary
$18$26/hr Full-Time Year-Round Work Stable Shop Position
Are you an experienced shop guy whos tired of short-term jobs and slow seasons
Were a growing established countertop fabrication shop looking for an Experienced or Semi-Experienced Fabricator to join our team long-term. If youve worked in cabinetry millwork woodworking stone or solid surface fabrication we want to talk to you.
This is steady full-time work in a clean organized shop environment.
What Youll Be Doing
Fabricating solid surface countertops (Corian & similar materials)
Seam work
Reading shop drawings and working from measurements/templates
Operating table saws routers sanders and shop equipment
Working with a team to complete projects on schedule
What You Need
Previous shop experience (cabinet shop millwork stone countertops woodworking etc.)
Ability to read a tape measure accurately
Comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs
Good work ethic and reliability (show up every day on time)
Attention to detail and pride in your work
Not entry-level but we WILL train someone who already has shop experience.
Pay & Benefits
$18$26 per hour (based on experience)
Full-time year-round work (not seasonal)
9 paid holidays after 90 days
Paid Time Off
1 week vacation after 1 year
2 weeks after 2 years
3 weeks after 5 years
