As our Front Desk Receptionist you are the first smiling face our guests and future professionals encounter. Your day revolves around welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism managing appointments and promoting our schools specials to enhance guest retention. You easily work alongside a dedicated team in our dynamic environment ensuring every interaction always leaves a lasting positive impression!

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
• The ability to use our booking systems and answer phone calls
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic computer skills

Reception experience would be a plus!

WORK SCHEDULE:

This full-time customer service position offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:15 AM to 5 PM.
