Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist (Local to King of Prussia PA)
We are partnering with a well-established mission-driven nonprofit organization to hire a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist to support an important system transition project.
This is a great opportunity for someone detail-oriented who enjoys structured independent work and wants to contribute to a meaningful organization.
Position Details:
- 100% Remote (must be local to King of Prussia PA for equipment pickup/return)
- Part-time: 20 hours per week
- Set schedule required (MondayFriday between 8:30 AM 5:00 PM)
- Project-based role: starting ASAP through June 2026
- Pay: $20$22/hour
What Youll Be Doing:
- Perform high-volume data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Clean up and organize existing data in internal systems
- Merge duplicate records and update contact information
- Maintain and support database records including volunteer data
- Assist with batch entry and electronic record management
What Were Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with data entry and administrative tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to work independently and stay focused on repetitive tasks
- Reliable organized and trustworthy
- Team-oriented mindset
Bonus (Nice to Have):
- Experience working with CRM systems or databases
- Prior nonprofit or administrative support experience
