Associate Supply Chain Specialist

What You Will Do:

• Packaging orders consisting of parts and solutions both regulated and non-regulated for both Domestic and International customers.

• Ensure regulated orders are packaged and labeled in accordance with 49CFR IATA dependent on mode transport.

• Working within the SAP system to verify orders provide packing lists COAs and SDSs according to order requirements.

• Provide assistance with other department functions when necessary picking orders creating shipments shipping and receiving.

• Working in a safe manner following all Safety Policies and completing all Safety Training.

• Transports filled orders to and from the warehouse or shipping area.

• Performs general physical activities in the warehouse: loading unloading sorting and moving products and materials manually and using material handling equipment.

• Keep stocked shelves clean and in sequence.

• Perform general cleaning duties.

• Cross-Train and work in various areas within the department.

Position Details:

• Location: Clearing IL

• Work week and shift: 1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm)

• Compensation: $21.00/hour

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience in a warehouse environment

• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to physically perform the essential duties of the position which include lifting stooping kneeling crouching reaching balancing walking standing talking and hearing

• Must be able to wear a respirator under certain conditions

• Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical exam

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of SAP or another ERP system

• Experience with shipping dangerous goods and hazardous materials

• Experience using MS Outlook

• Experience using FedEx UPS or other shipping software

• Prior HAZMAT training

• Good oral and written skills

• Ability to work well in a team environment
