Handle inbound & outbound calls related to donations
Speak with donors in a professional respectful manner
Accurately enter pledge and contribution details
Follow provided scripts and compliance guidelines
Maintain consistent attendance and performance standards
What You Need to Know
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity (not W2 employment)
Certification is required before servicing
You control your schedule but performance matters
Ongoing work is based on meeting client expectations
Requirements
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
6 months remote customer service OR 1 year onsite
Clear confident communication skills
Ability to multitask between systems while speaking
Quiet distraction-free workspace
Technical Requirements
Windows 11 PC (8GB RAM minimum 16GB recommended)
USB noise-canceling headset
Wired high-speed internet (no WiFi-only setups)
Dual monitors strongly recommended
No Mac or Chromebook devices
