Job Summary
- Manage inbound and outbound donor calls
- Deliver clear professional communication
- Follow approved scripts and compliance standards
- Accurately record donation information
- Maintain required performance metrics
- This is a 1099 independent contractor role
- Certification attendance is mandatory
- Contractors are responsible for schedule management
- Performance standards determine ongoing eligibility
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 months remote OR 1 year onsite customer service
- Strong verbal communication
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Dedicated home workspace
- Windows 11 PC (minimum 8GB RAM)
- USB noise-canceling headset
- Wired high-speed internet
- Dual monitors recommended
- No Mac/Chromebook devices
